"SAT gave us a booklet outlining everything we could expect on climate,customs, the terrain, etc. They gave tips on packing (and gave us those NICE packing cubes). They gave us outlines of our trip itinerary and information about where we would be each day complete with phone numbers should our family back home need to reach us. They gave us a booklet with pictures and small bios of who we would be travelling with. Their attention to detail was exceptional. "
